Thank you for participating in telehealth at NH NeuroSpine Institute. It is our current policy to include video as part of our visits. We are using a service called Doxy.me, that will allow you to access your providers waiting room by clicking on your providers link below. There is no downloading or software install involved. We do recommend that you use Google Chrome as your web browser, as Internet Explorer is not supported, but other browsers will work.

In most instances, after you click the link and access the provider's waiting room, you will be prompted to "allow" access to your microphone and camera. Once you click allow, your provider will be able to hear and see you.

We have found that some computers require you to enable the camera from the main settings. This occurs most often with certain versions of Windows 10. Please click here for detailed instructions on enabling camera and microphone in Windows 10 and call 472-8888 ext. 463 for any additional support.
